The GLOBE Community Awards celebrates achievement in Victoria’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex communities, highlighting the work of a diverse range of organisations and individuals that benefit and unite the Victorian LGBTIQ community.
Over the past 7 years, we have
– Awarded 77 Victorian individuals and organisations
– Hosted over 2,700 LGBTIQ people and allies at our award ceremonies
– Generated more than $140,000 that has been reinvested into the Victorian LGBTIQ community
‘The GLOBE awards are one of the highlights of the LGBTIQ calendar, a time to stop and acknowledge the remarkable work of LGBTIQ individuals and programs from right across Victoria.”
“Through the GLOBE Community Awards Program we highlight the progress we have made and celebrate how far we have come.”
